The examples discussed below will focus on using two popular training development tools (Articulate Storyline 2 and Camtasia Studio).

Content will focus on how you can meet the success criteria for each section of the WCAG 2.0 Guidelines.

Content Recommendation is for the following WCAG 2.0 Sections:

2.3.1 Three Flashes or Below Threshold

Questions to consider:

Is your course clear of flashing content?

How Articulate Storyline 2 can meet success criteria:

  • By not having content flash more than 3 times per second unless that flashing content is sufficiently small and the flashes are of low contrast and do not contain too much red.
  • By ensuring that a button exists to manually customize the flash rate.
